The whole process to produce OFHC copper including melting, casting and processing requires the most advanced high technology and only a few countries such as the U.S., Japan and Finland are capable of producing it.
In Korea, LG Metals was melting and casting the copper in the vacuum atmosphere but stopped this process due to the high cost. Currently only one small company is engaged in this type of production using some imported equipment. On the other hand, we are totally equipped with the capability to deal with the whole process of production. It is especially remarkable that we also manufacture the equipment for melting and casting to produce this copper
