- Insulation break and Round Edge
As far as rolls are concerned in the cause of defects in transformers, it is insulation break. By the insulating paper impaired in the roll making work, by the burrs on the edges of the insulating paper and the roll or by the reduction of insulation effect due to edge effect taking place in the installation work or under use, the insulation break is going on and it finally affects the durability of products.
